Future students

Explore our range of events and resources and discover how you can join Murdoch's extraordinary community of free-thinking students and academics.

If you're considering your first degree as a high school leaver or mature age student, you will be applying for what is known as an undergraduate degree (also known as a bachelor's degree). We offer a range of events and resources to help you understand how to get into Murdoch and what courses we offer.

We also offer events for parents and family members and teachers and career advisors to help you guide students through the transition to university.

Events

  • Career and Information Evenings

These events will tell you everything you need to know about studying at Murdoch. Attend a Career or Information Evening to learn more about the courses we offer in your area of interest and see how these will set you for a range of career paths. We also offer a range of general information evenings to talk you through the process of applying to Murdoch through TISC, directly, via an alternative pathway or using a portfolio.

    Why attend?

You’ll have the opportunity to hear first-hand what it’s like to study at Murdoch. Each event will feature a short presentation, followed by an expo, where you can meet leading academics, industry professionals, and talk to current and past students about their experience at Murdoch. You’ll also be able to ask about scholarships, admission requirements and alternative pathways, as well as double major and double degree options.

Light refreshments are provided and the events are open to future students and their family members or guardians.
